REXCO
Fractional CO2 laser with RF tube

Precise laser beam to minimize skin damage from heat, reducing the recovery period for patients, and enabling them to swiftly resume normal daily activities post-treatment
Adjustment of spot size and beam density to shorten treatment times, benefiting both the operator and the patient
REXCO, an advanced COâ‚‚ fractional laser technology by AMI, offers a cutting-edge solution for a broad spectrum of concerns.

Through its innovative approach and precise engineering, REXCO revolutionizes six key areas in both aesthetic and medical fields: aesthetic surgery, aesthetic fractional treatments, general fractional treatments, vaginal procedures, dental applications, and ENT treatments.
Each application leverages features that optimize treatment outcomes, minimize downtime, and enhance overall results, making REXCO a preferred choice among both aesthetic and medical professionals.

Technology
Fractional technology involves finely dividing the laser beam, emitting it fractionally onto the skin, creating numerous small thermal lesions in the skin structure without causing significant damage. This process promotes rapid skin recovery and natural rejuvenation without adverse effects.

Fractional CO2 Laser has a high water absorption rate, resulting in the vaporization of the skin surface and the formation of Micro Ablative Columns. When a Fractional CO2 Laser is applied to the skin surface, the water heats up to its boiling point, leading to the conversion of water molecules into vapor (ablation).

The generated heat forms a coagulation zone, initiating the wound-healing response. Upon ablation of the skin, immediate collagen shrinkage occurs due to heat-induced coagulation. Additionally, the heat denatures collagen, causing it to recoil back to its normal state, resulting in skin tightening and improved skin laxity.
