Fractional IPL
- Fast Treatment
- Verified parameters
- Rotating technology based on IPL
- Controllable cooling system
- Stable energy supply
Fractional IPL is suitable for treatment procedures for pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, acne and hair removal using basic wavelengths of 415nm, 560nm, 640nm. It can be also used for treatment of dark skin rejuvenation and hair removal by shifting to optional wavelengths of 640nm, 695nm and 755nm. Wavelength can be selected very easily using a small rotator on the handpiece.

Phototherapy is a method of treating skin diseases using light rays. It is the principle of Selective photothermolysis in which light is absorbed by a chromophore that reacts to a specific wavelength, and heat is generated and the chromophore is destroyed by the heat thus generated. Phototherapy Unit that is used for a multi-wavelength phototherapy based on xenon lamps has such characteristics as non-monochromaticity, non-coherence and defocused light instead of monochromaticity, coherence and collimation that a laser show. The discharge area of phototherapy’s wide range of wavelengths is controlled by the cut-off filter achieving selective photothermolysis of target chromophores including melanin, (oxy) hemoglobin or water without damaging surround tissue in various depth of the skin. While normal lasers show such physical features as same wavelength, phase, polarization and direction because they are generated by stimulated emission, phototherapy discharges multi-wavelengths regularly. Since phototherapy is not absorbed by water that is a competitive chromephore of it but by (oxy)hemoglobin when using a wavelength range of 550~950nm, it can be used to treat vascular lesions including venous malformation, expanding lesion in the (facial and lower limbs) capillaries, angiomas, port wine nevus and civatte poikiloderma.
※ Selective photothermolysis: Principle under which the normal skin is protected while the pigment areas are absorbed and destroyed in accordance with the generated wavelength and medium.
